The best Mexican food is delicious, fresh, and nutritious. Bad Mexican food, like bad food in any cuisine, is a huge disappointment. If you’re looking for the best Mexican food in the Chandler, AZ area, we recommend you try one of these spots.
New Mexican Grill

Turn the nose of your Chevy Malibu towards 3107 S Lindsay Rd and unit 101 in the Spectrum Professional Village. That’s where you’ll find the New Mexican Grill, which opens at 7AM most of the week and closes at 8PM. On Saturday, they don’t open until 8AM, and they’re closed on Sunday. The food here is fresh and delicious, the servings are huge, and the service is very fast.
Get there early for breakfast and try their amazing frybread topped with carna adovade, beans, fried eggs, and cheese. Or, get a chorizo egg scramble with cheese! We also recommend their enchiladas, and you really need to try their green chili. Their burritos are huge and absolutely stuffed full, and the tostadas are another standout choice you shouldn’t miss.
Jalisience Mexican Food
Jalisience offers traditional cuisine, but there’s a big focus here on seafood. You’ll fid them at 743 S Lindsay Rd in Suite C101 of the Mirador Square (on the second floor). They have great meal deals and fabulous drinks here. If you enjoy some of their specialty margaritas, please drink in moderation and never drink and drive.
We love their enchiladas, the tortas, and the super nachos, which come with meat, asada, chicken, ground beef, beans, cheese, pico de Gallo, guac, and sour cream. Their fried plantains are especially delicious if you’re looking for something for dessert. When you’re ordering don’t forget to check their “kidz” menu. They offer chicken nuggets with fries for kids who don’t like Mexican, cheese quesadillas, and delicious chicken enchiladas.
Espo’s Mexican Food
Espo’s has been around for quite a while, and they are a community staple offering live music and great events. You’ll find them at 3867 W Chandler Blvd here in Chandler, and they’re open from 10AM until 9PM Monday through Saturday. They are closed on Sundays. The one thing to note here is that the servings are absolutely huge: you will want to split your meal with someone else!
Their breakfast burritos are available all day, and we recommend trying their Fat Papi, which is scrambled eggs and bacon with potatoes, chorizo, beans, and red or green sauce done up enchilada style. For the rest of the day, everything here is so good: enchiladas, tostadas, combination plates, and the taco salad options. We also love their BYOB Protein Bowls, where you can load up a bowl of beans, cheese, and rice with your choice of meats, like chicken, carne asade, and carnitas.
We love all these Mexican places, and we hope you’ll come to love them as much as we do. For the best in service for your Chevy vehicle, come see us at Earnhardt Chevrolet today!
