Geronimo was extremely helpful from beginning to end. Unlike other car salesman, when we showed up to the lot Geronimo let us browse the vehicles without bombarding us with questions or following us around the lot. He was very knowledgeable when we asked questions and was helpful through the whole process.

Justin was very helpful and didn’t waste our time at all. I spent a lot of time going to dealerships and then saying they’ll help me or give me a good deal and then try and sell me a car 10,000 more than what Justin tried to give me. Don’t waste your time anywhere else. Although the warranty guy was very pushy I’ve never had them push as hard as he was trying. And not any negotiation either except a few dollars which was where it felt more of a scam. But for the car dealer side this place was really great.

The best car buying experience!

Fixed my car quickly.

Updated the software for my EV at home. Later when I charged my vehicle at home with a level 2 charger, my EV no longer sent a message to the level 2 charger once it reached the set charging threshold to stop sending power. This resulted in the charging unit to continue sending juice to the battery even though it no longer accepted the power. As a result, the upper front side fenders heated up until I manually ended charging on my level 2 charging app. The dealership correctly fully updated the software, but never tested the charging of the vehicle to make sure the issue was solved. I did have the same issue only once again, but thereafter I no longer had an issue. Also, the auto braking when backing out of a parking spot with cars parked in a row behind me kept engaging to the point that I was almost not able to back out of my parking spot. The dealership disengaged the autostop function due to it being too sensitive. This solved the problem, but I noticed that I no longer get the red warning bar flashed on my windshield when I get too close to a vehicle in front of me. This is unfortunate. Hopefully, GM can fix this malfunction.

Appt to close out a recent recall was done quickly and professionally. I should say that this service completely changes my thoughts on my recent oil change that left oil on my motor top cover - as the engine was steam cleaned and the truck was wahsed and tires shined up .... thanks

First off, I lived twenty two miles away, so I had to make sure that they would shuttle me home, because i've got nobody. And since you guys get two hundred bucks an hour for working on vehicles, I am not gonna pay for a taxi home. So after they guaranteed me that they were gonna shuttle me back and forth. they fixed a problem that I was having a problem with 43 years.That wasn't doing it when I was taking it to the dealership. They fixed it so good.It's like driving a cadillac again. And it's a pickup truck.

Ken was amazing! He got me right in and pushed the vehicle through in about two hours on a very busy day. The new location in Queen Creek has a very nice waiting area. The only minor detail missed was the DEF fluid residual running down the side of my truck. Overall , it was a great experience and I would highly recommend the service department.

Just had all new tires installed and a front alignment was recommended on our 2018 GMC Canyon which was purchased from Earnhardt back in March 2018. Earnhardt is the only one who goes under our hood. Service advisor, Jennifer is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Always answers questions and keeps us updated on our vehicle. Employees like her put customers like us at ease. The 2025 blazer I bought was rattling and squeaking. After looking at it. The plastic parts in the back were not put together correctly. I took it to George at Earnhardt service and he did not hesitate to get the problem solved. He kept me in the loop and got the job handled.

I came in without an appointment. I was supposed to go down to the phoenix smog center for an exempt ticket on my truck, which is turning into a nightmare. My truck is small compliant, and they're trying to put it on the dino every single year. I have to service my vehicle and have it inspected every single time. Because it causes damage to this to build track. I came in, told them what was going on. They pushed me right in. I came right in when they opened. I got my truck back. Looked like it was brand new like the day I bought it. It's a two thousand and seventeen, with twenty four thousand miles on. They did an excellent job in the service. The person it was so great on getting me through this service. I didn't even notice I was there.

Brought in my 21 Corvette because the check engine light came on once. It disappeared for the next couple days, but it also caused code to dump related to the drivetrain. Given the history of C8 transmission issues, I decided it was prudent to bring in the car for a diagnostic. I was relieved to hear that the service team found a loose battery cable and the problem was repaired much more quickly than I expected. I had the car back within about 8 hours, including the much-appreciated one hour shuttle to my house and one hour return to the dealership, BTW, I really enjoyed my conversations with Lou on the shuttle, and George Ifill, my service writer, is, as always, great to work with. George is the reason I'm willing to travel 20 miles each way for service at the new location, even though there aer the Chevrolet dealerships considerably closer.

Thanks for the auto repair that was completed 7-2-2025, I was overjoyed that my vehicle was completed before the 4th, and all issues were corrected. Thank you for your ongoing support and services that include customer ride home and pickup once my suburban was ready for pickup.

My car was dropped off on June 26 the following week I heard from nobody. I sent two text messages and called without any of them being returned. I finally asked for a service manager and got my questions answered. Upon picking up the car, they did not fix the dash that was not installed correctly so I ended up leaving the car there and getting my loaner car back for the night.

Friendly staff. We were greeted with a smile. Work was done promptly.

Easy to drop off and explain the problem. Timelines were set very clearly -- and when issue was resolved, Ken was great about letting me know what they found and what the fix was. Simple ECM flashing. Only complaint was length of time to diagnose, but thats a factor of just being busy (and it was better than the 3 weeks the dealership I bought the truck from could guarantee)

My only concern is there was some oil spilled during the service that was not cleaned up, some dripping on the driveway, wiped up oil residue on the engine cover. Definitely not anything in Alyssa’s control, just a comment for the technician.

I made a reservation to have a hydraulic leak on my 2014 Vette repaired over two weeks in advance. Reservation for Thursday, September 4th. Was told that they couldn’t look at my car until Friday. I explained that I was really pressed for time as I had other commitments several hundred miles away the following Tuesday. Service rep promised to have repair parts shipped overnight, and repairs would be completed by Monday. Didn’t happen. Parts weren’t ordered until Friday, didn’t arrive until Monday, service didn’t start until sometime Tuesday, and was finally completed by noon on Wednesday. Needless to say, I had to cancel other commitments, rearrange schedules, and simply wait until Earnhardt managed to get their act together. On top of all this, I was charged over $500 for a replacement hydraulic line, and $900 for labor to install it. Professional thieves couldn’t have done a better job. Those people should have worn masks. They can say all they want about stylized work profiles, and book values for specific jobs, but having spent much of my youth operating, maintaining, and repairing hydraulically operated machinery, I know for a fact that installing hydraulic lines and securing the parts is not that expensive. You can rest assured that I will find a different Chevrolet dealer for any work I require in the future.

Appointment was made for me and they took it back for the 1st oil change. AJ made the appointment and Jennifer handled it the day of. She communicated well and told me they had to order a couple parts and I made a future appointment to to return. Service was great. What was NOT good was trying to reach the service dept over 8-10 calls and I kept getting "MIA" the AI chat bot trying to schedule. This was a nightmare and I refuse to talk to an AI bot. Fortunately the sales lady put me through to someone in service.

In the past as soon as I walked in the service door, someone stood up and asked if I needed help. On wednesday that did not happen even though there were 3 employees looking at their monitors. Fortunately a nice man that we have seen previously was walking by and asked if he could help me. I will admit that previously both George and Jennifer have been terrific so they should be commended. On the other hand the first person you see when you walk in the door was not someone I would recommend.

I was treated like I was the only one there and I was the most important person there. Everything was done correct including finding a nail and tire and replaced the tire as well thank you very much.

George Ifll did a good job of explaining the repair and my car was done early.

The only problem I had was, that I told them I was waiting for my vehicle to be done and waited for over 5 hours before any updates. But once I was updated everything was great. They set up a rental for me at no charge .

I have worked with George Ifill for several years now. Though the dealership recently moved from nearly next door to a rather inconvenient 15 mile, 30 minute drive away, I always find myself deciding to return to ti because of George. It's always a pleasure. He's fast and dependable and explains the billing and suggested service items thoroughly. I think I'm stuck with that drive for the rest of my life...

I scheduled an appointment for 10:30am. After arriving I was told it was going to take an hour and a half to 2 hours. I scheduled an appointment so I didn’t have to waste half of my day just to get my oil changed and tires rotated but there I was.

Oil Change was fine. My sunroof still isn't fixed. I don't know what the issue is, but this is the 4th time I've brought it in to be looked at. My advisor was out sick this time but the guy who filled in for her said the sunroof motor was reset, however it's not fixed.

Very efficient, I was impressed with the overall experience.

Went in to receive the new update to the infotainment system for my equinox ev since mine was not coming through as an over the air update. Was assured my system was up to date although my android patch date is dated back to 2024. Many owners have had no issues receiving the update either through air or at the dealership. Unfortunately I was told that I won’t get that update unless there’s an issue with the car that requires it. Truly unfortunate and felt like a waste of an appointment.

I came in for a tire rotation and to have my cabin air filter replaced. The tech didn't tell me it would cost $100 just to change the cabin air filter. I was floored when I got the bill. But I had no choice but to pay it. Never again.

I worked with Moe for about a week and a half over the phone on getting the truck I wanted & he was very quick with responding & being efficient in handling everything. I was buying my first ever car & he made everything so easy for me to understand. He stayed a little after hours with my dad & I to finish up the paperwork. Tyler Hegland was very patient with me when it came to money & warranty on the truck. He broke everything down into simplest form & was completely transparent. These guys were amazing to work with!

Very unhappy with the overall price. I have been bringing my Suburban to Earnhardt for several years and have been very happy in the past. I did not shop around because of my prior experience with George. It appears I paid double, or more, of what it would cost to replace battery cables for this visit. It is frustrating because I felt I had someone I could trust. Not only will I not come back, but you lost my business when I purchase a new suburban in January.

Oil change went well

We were looking for a specific 2026 Tahoe. There were 2 similar vehicles at 2 different dealerships in the valley. But they were on the other side of town from us. We contacted both dealerships and they provided us with information. We decided to go to Earnhardt Chevrolet first. We started the process with Dave Wright. He was scheduled for some time off, so he contacted us and let us know that Ezra would be meeting with us when we came to visit and look at a new Tahoe. We went to Earnhardt Chevrolet and met Ezra. The Tahoe was ready for us when we arrived. As I was talking with Ezra, my wife walked around the vehicle and noticed some damage on the passenger door. We discussed it with Ezra, and we decided to hold off. We went to another Chevrolet dealership, and we found out how a customer should NOT be treated. So, the next day, a Sunday, we called Earnhardt Chevrolet back, but Ezra was not working. So, we talked with Jeremy. He was able to make the numbers work and checked on getting the damage repaired. We were contacted on Monday, and the Tahoe was scheduled for repair. On Tuesday, Dave Wright called us and said that the Tahoe was repaired and that he would put it inside the sales bay for us to come and purchase. Since Thursday was the Thanksgiving holiday, and we were working that day, we made arrangements to come back Friday. As Dave said, the Tahoe was waiting inside all nice and shiny! We drove it and decided to go forward with the purchase. Dave walked us through the paperwork and then we met with Tyler in finance. Tyler took us the rest of the way and got all of the paperwork finished up. And then we loaded up and headed home. The 2026 Tahoe is amazing! After all was said and done, we drove around 60 miles each way twice to purchase the Tahoe. The Earnhardt folks were great to deal with!! They functioned as a team and made sure that we were taken care of from start to finish. Our vehicle was all cleaned up and fueled up for us to drive home. It was a very nice touch for them to have the vehicle fueled up! We didn't have to worry about finding a gas station before leaving the area and heading home. We are definitely recommending the Earnhardt Chevrolet folks when we hear of somebody looking for a Chevrolet !!

Third tome do the dealership for a service appointment and there was a problem. I ordered a bed cover for my truck online at Chevy. Had it shipped to your dealership and paid $160 to have it installed. Appointment set. Arrived for the appointment and after I was there 30 minutes someone came up to me and said its going g to take longer to install because you had a sick call that day and everything was behind. This could have been communicated earlier in the day since my appointment was at 1pm. I tried to give you a third chance to see if the service was better. It was not. I will now use another dealership for any service in the future. You have proven not be reliable and not customer service oriented.
