2022 Chevrolet Traverse
The 2022 Chevy Traverse is a midsize SUV that seats up to eight passengers comfortably for short or long-distance road trips and adventures. As a crossover vehicle, the Traverse combines the aerodynamic styling of Chevrolet's smaller cars with the flexible capabilities of larger cars in the lineup. Trim Levels (Exterior)
The Traverse comes in six trim levels, including the LS, LT Cloth, LT Leather, RS, Premier, and High Country. The base LS is available in standard colors, such as Northsky Blue Metallic, Mosaic Black Metallic, Summit White, and Silver Ice Metallic. With higher trim levels, you can access premium color options, including Iridescent Pearl Tricoat and Cherry Red Tintcoat. These higher trim levels also come standard with roof rack side rails for you to secure cargo or mount racks.
Engine (Power)
All trims come standard with a 3.6-liter V-6 engine and nine-speed automatic transmission. The engine provides 310 horsepower and 266 pound-feet of torque with stop and start technology that automatically shuts off the engine when the vehicle is ideal at a full stop and turns it back on when you release the brakes. This feature is on automatically when you start the car and you can turn it off if needed. The 9-speed automatic transmission features electronic controls with overdrive and Driver Shift Control for smooth shifting and high responsiveness that allows you to maneuver your car through twists and turns.
Performance
The Traverse is available in front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive for all trim options and offers a Driver Mode Selector that allows you to choose modes from front-wheel drive, all-wheel drive, off-road, tow/haul, and snow.
