Trim Levels (Exterior)
The eight trim levels of the 2022 Chevrolet Camaro are the LS, LT, 2LT, 3LT, LT1, 1SS, 2SS, and ZL1. The exterior color options for the Camaro include Red Hot, Satin Steel Metallic, Summit White, Black, and Riverside Blue Metallic, along with added-cost options, such as Wild Cherry Tintcoat, WPID Blue, Shadow Gray Metallic, and Vivid Orange Metallic. Along with these options, Chevrolet offers two special edition packages which are the Redline Edition, which features strong red accents, or the Shock and Steel Special Edition with black badges, metallic stripes, yellow brake calipers, and a body-color high-wing spoiler.
Engine (Power)
The standard engine for the 2022 Camaro LS and LT is a 2-liter Turbo engine with 275 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque. An available option for these models is a 3.6-liter V-6 engine with 355 horsepower and 284 pound-feet of torque, which you can drive with a 10-speed paddle-shift for automatic transmission on select models. The LT1 and SS Camaro come with a standard 6.2-liter V-8 engine, which is also available with a 10-speed paddle-shift for automatic transmission. Standard on the Camaro ZL1 is a 6.2LO Supercharged V-8 engine with a 1.7-liter supercharger to produce 650 horsepower with 650 pound-feet of torque.
